“Nothing is true, everything is permitted”

What is true for one person is a falsehood for another. What was considered true at one point in time has shown to be false in another point in time, like in Science and Law/ Morality. Everything is permitted as long as money, Laws and Man permit as Man is the measure of things, the decider and arbiter in a Amoral Universe.
Even with statistics and probability, how sure can we be that: the weather is going to be the way it is predicted to be, that our expectations for a job/ romance/ journey time etc will happen. These examples show that very little is 100%, except Death at current Medical and Scientific progress (unless Scientists find a way to prevent Death).
